We enjoyed every bite/drink that we had. I ordered fried shrimp, fries, and squash and my wife had crab cakes, mac and cheeee, and spinach and it was all delicious. Our old fashions were also great and so was the service! A great dining experience.

From the hostess Katie that sat us, to our waiter Tom, and the manager Billy. Our experience was incredible these people set the atmosphere for the night. You could tell they enjoyed they're jobs and cared for they're customers. Pleasant, funny, and professional. Which brings us to the food. Which was AMAZING and at a very reasonable price. Regardless of what it cost or could've cost the entire experience was more than worth it. If you come to North Georgia I can recommend Bleu Canoe over any restaurant in the State.. and to reserve a weekend with the cabins, entertainment and cuisine will make for a memory you'll cherish. Good job Bleu Canoe. We will DEFINITELY be back soon

We are in town from Wisconsin and our Airbnb host recommended this restaurant and it definitely didn’t disappoint. We had the oyster sampler and the mahi Mahi they were to die for. My husband had the spicy shrimp and it was a little too peppery for his liking. Becca was a great bartender/server and Billy was awesome to talk to. Would definitely recommend and if we get back this way we will be back. Thank you for a great meal and making us feel like family!
